Snowflake Stocking

This felted Christmas stocking requires no lining. It is knit from the toe up with short-rowed toes and heels. Pattern includes mini-lesson in short-rowing.

Level of Experience: Intermediate

Materials: 4 oz. (190 yards) blue (or other dark color) worsted weight wool Superwash wool is especially designed NOT to felt, so cannot be used for this project.

4 oz. (190 yards) white (or other light color) worsted weight wool

16-inch Circular or double-pointed needles, size 6.5 mm (US size 10 1/2)

Felted Round Bag

This felted knitting bag has a wide mouth for ease of accessing the contents, and a flat bottom so it will sit steady. The handles are long enough to carry over your shoulder. It is knit in one piece from the bottom up in stockinette stitch. The handles are garter stitch with an I-cord edge for strength. The drawstring is I-cord.

Felted Project Pouch

This felted drawstring pouch can be used as a waistpack or shoulder bag, and is suitable for carrying a small knitting project such as socks.It is knit in one piece from the bottom up with a garter stitch base and stockinette sides. The drawstring is I-cord.
